DO NOT RENT HERE. I wish I could leave 0 stars for the new management team that lacks transparency... I didn't have an issue living in this property until the Management team changed and I had to move out. I spent few days cleaning the apartment and the management team encouraged doing the checkout async (they asked me to drop off the keys and said they will check the apartment after my departure). BIG MISTAKE. I was surprised by a 200$ paint fee and 175$ cleaning fee. When I asked about an itemized bill, they refused to give me one. The manager sent me pictures of paint stains but I was able to prove that the most prominent patchwork one was there before I rented the apartment (good thing I kept pictures). The manager discounted a conveniently small 25$ from the 200$ bill and refused to send me an itemized bill to explain the remaining charges. He also refused to acknowledge that another stain in the pictures he sent me was already on the wall before I rented the apartment (proof in pictures I kept). 375$ additional charges is unreasonable considering the pictures they sent me and they will refuse to explain how they came up with this amount. DO NOT RENT HERE if you expect transparency through an itemized bill for charges during your move-out. You will be threatened by debt collection and they will not be transparent about their charges. The building Management team changed, so be careful and I recommend you look elsewhere

Great place to live, amenities for this apartment is above and beyond for anyone that works from home, there is a big work space on the first floor with private rooms. A game room, and a social lounge for your friends to gather. If you’re a pet person this place is for you, there are several parks for dogs the best one out of all of them is Marymoor park. This place also has a self serve dog spa for your dogs pedicures and doggy facial. My dog loves his pedicures on a bi-weekly basis. Saves me about 80 dollars every two weeks.

After living here for a year, I think I'll bump it up to 5* as my experiences have remained positive. Pros: + Amazing location + Nice gym and amenities + Maintenance is rapid and they've solved all my problems! They even put in an instant hot-water heater because my unit was having serious problems getting hot water. Cons: - Only internet options are XFinity and GigaMonster. XFinity doesn't have upload speeds above like 10... and Gigamonster has been very inconsistent with speeds and has terrible service. - There are some weird design choices in the unit and exterior. Things like nonstandard window sizes (difficult to hook up AC exhaust), nonstandard bulbs (can't use smart bulbs,) power outlet in the way of dishwasher door (can use outlet or dishwasher, not both) sink and bathtub are so flat that the water doesn't drain well. Things like that.

I really wanted to rent in this place and even had submitted my application. But becouse of being lead stray during the leasing process I am withdrawing my application. I have been calling and emailing them for about 20 days and I have gotten barely any guidance or help from them. Finally when I need to move in 7 days I gave up and found a place nearby in Spectra with better pricing and was able to sign with them in about 42 hours. Which really talks about the poor service in Radiate

The building is in a great location allowing a lot of access to restaurants and stores by short walking distance. Wonderful amenities, very open study spaces, clean and functional gym (addition of the punching bag is awesome). Welcoming, friendly and devoted office staff. The apartments themselves are spacious and have decent appliances. The walls are thick, I have not heard a single neighbor and I feel the space is much like a home rather than an apartment.
